Downstairs, the gîte has a large open-plan living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen together with a utility room and a WC with washbasin. The living area gives immediate access to the south-facing terrace which is shaded from the sun by a well established growth of wisteria.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms; two with twin beds and one with a double bed. There is also a family bathroom with bath, double shower and WC. The house has satellite television and broadband  plus a good stock of books and DVDs. A washing machine is situated in the utility room along with a spin dryer and tumble dryer. The gîte has central heating and has been newly refurbished and decorated and finished with attention to detail.

Outside there is a large swimming pool to which guests have access. There is also a spacious patio at the front of the property, and secluded areas to the side and rear of the house.
